Was that a fair fix, or a bad save?

A restaurant date turned into a public argument over a missing tortilla, a too-late remake, and a boyfriend who said his girlfriend had "caused a scene" in front of his coworkers.
The 22-year-old poster and her 23-year-old boyfriend went out to eat at the restaurant where he worked as a pastry chef. She ordered a "Caesar tortilla" and waited. Then she waited some more. After 45 minutes, what arrived at the table was not a tortilla at all, but a Caesar salad.
"That's not what I have ordered," she said.
Her boyfriend told her to wait. He said he would go to the kitchen and make her a tortilla himself.
A few minutes later, he came back with a tortilla, but it was just the same salad stuffed into a wrap. The poster said she was not going to eat it because it still was not what she had ordered. She wanted the tortilla version for the crispy bacon and melted cheese, not the thin slices from the salad.
He pushed back. According to her account, he said it was "basically the same thing" and told her to "just eat it." He said the kitchen would close soon and reminded her that she had been saying she was starving.
She told him that was not the point. "That is not the point," she said, and she suggested they just leave and go somewhere else to eat. In her edit, she later explained that she had already told the waitress, "Excuse me, but I've ordered the tortilla," and the waitress replied, "Oh, okay, we will make it."
The boyfriend then told his colleague, the waitress, to take it off the bill. After that, the couple left and headed to a fast food place instead.
That should have been the end of it. But later, the boyfriend said she had made a scene and embarrassed him in front of his colleagues. He described her as having "caused a scene" and said he was ashamed in front of the people he worked with.
The poster pushed back on that too. She said the real issue was that he seemed to think asking for the meal to be removed from the bill counted as "causing a scene." She also added that he had only been working at the restaurant for a few months, and that he got the job because her father's good friend is one of the co-owners.
For her, the whole problem was simple: she had ordered one dish, waited nearly an hour, and ended up being handed a salad in a tortilla and told to eat it.
