The giveaway ended with a single name: **u/Skorkles**.
Before that edit, the Reddit post had promised one lucky commenter a holiday haul worth more than **$1,000**, an "ultimate Innova diagnostics bundle" packed with seven different tools. The caption came wrapped in festive language: "We're spreading some holiday cheer and giving ONE lucky Redditor the chance to win the ultimate Innova diagnostics bundle worth over $1,000!"
The prize list read like a mechanic's wish list. At the center was the **Innova 5610**, along with an **OBD1 Kit**, **Innova SD35**, **Innova 5420**, **Innova 3340**, **Innova 3380 Borescope Inspection Camera**, and **Innova 1000 Bluetooth Dongle**. The post said Innova's diagnostic tools were "designed in the USA," backed by a "trusted legacy since 1990," and came with "free updates," "no subscriptions," and "some of the fastest scanners in the industry."
The entry rule could hardly have been simpler: "How To Enter: Just leave a comment below and you'll be automatically entered." No forms, no purchase, no extra steps. Just a comment and a shot at the entire bundle.
There were limits, though. The giveaway was "Open to U.S. and Canadian residents only," and the deadline was set for **December 10, 2025 @ 12:00 PM PST**. When the time came, the winner would be chosen at random. "How Is the Winner Picked?" the post asked, before answering itself: "We'll randomly select 1 winner using Reddit Raffler."
The post also pointed people to a second perk running alongside the contest: **"10% OFF all Innova scanners"** with promo code **"REDDIT2."**
Then came the update at the top of the thread. The edit was blunt and final: **"GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED."** It followed with the result: **"Congrats to u/Skorkles !"** A Reddit Raffler link was added for anyone who wanted to see the selection process for themselves: `https://www.redditraffler.com/raffles/1oti2hz`
By the end, the holiday promotion had done exactly what it promised: one commenter walked away with the entire diagnostics bundle, and the rest were left with the discount code and the closed sign.
