Police had to come back a second time after a neighbor pointed a camera straight at a bathroom window.
According to the poster, this was not a one-off spat over a fence line. The neighbor had been watching the family for years, staring through gates, peering over fences, and even looking through the kitchen door. Then last month, the situation crossed into something far more serious: she was caught recording the husband while he was in the shower, with her camera aimed at the washroom.
Police were called then, and they told her to stop.
But that did not end it. Instead, the neighbor put up security cameras of her own. One of them, the poster says, was angled so it could see the bathroom window. When the poster asked her to move it because it was invading their privacy, the neighbor refused. She called the poster "delusional" and would not even show what the camera could see.
So the poster called police again.
Last night, officers returned to the property and checked the camera's view themselves. They confirmed what the poster had been saying: the camera could, in fact, see the bathroom. Police then warned the neighbor to move it or face voyeurism charges.
That was the end of the mystery that had been hanging over the household for weeks. The family had already seen the neighbor's pattern of boundary-pushing up close, from the earlier spying around the home to the shower incident that brought police the first time. The new camera left them with the same question, only sharper: was this another attempt to watch them, or just another refusal to back down?
The poster says the second police visit brought a sense of vindication. The view had been checked. The complaint had been confirmed. And the warning had been laid down in plain terms.
