"She's fully convinced she's pregnant," and the proof, according to the poster, is a blood test that came back with "hcg 1."
The story starts with a hard stop: he says he has not had sex with the girl since April 30. Since then, he says, she took two pregnancy tests a week apart. Both were negative. Then came a June 11 blood test, and that result was even more blunt, hCG at 1. He says the doctor told her she wasn't pregnant.
That should have ended it. Instead, he says, she kept insisting she still hadn't gotten her period. He points out that she had come off Depo in February, which would make cycle changes less surprising, but it did not stop the argument. In her telling, the missing period meant something else.
Then the messages escalated.
In a same-day update, the poster said he blocked her, then unblocked her, just to see what she would do next. She answered with vomiting and a claim that she was pregnant. One text, he said, read: "I'm having your baby if you like it or not and I threw up this morning." Later, he says, she changed that story and claimed she had actually thrown up a week earlier.
She also reached for a label: "cryptic pregnancy." When that didn't land, the explanation changed again. According to the poster, she argued that "hormonal imbalances" meant she was pregnant after all.
The poster says he tried to pin the whole thing down with a simple question: would she go to the ER and get another test? He says she sidestepped the question and said she would wait a few months instead.
By the July 15, 2025 update, the tune had changed again. He says she texted that she got her period. He says he felt relieved she was not pregnant, "unless she's lying, which I doubt."
Since then, he says, he has been ignoring her. Not texting back. Not blocking either. He says blocking her can lead to new numbers and more drama, and he has already had enough of the cycle of calling, texting, and thinking about showing up. In his words, it has been "really frustrating and exhausting," and he is still trying to figure out how to get her to stop contacting him.
