The computer was left unlocked for a moment, and Kronk moved fast: before the poster could come back, the younger brother had made himself the wallpaper.

It happened in a shared room, where the poster and Kronk keep their computer setup side by side. The poster says that if the machine is ever forgotten and left unlocked, Kronk goes straight for it. Not sometimes. Not usually. "WITHOUT fail," the poster wrote, Kronk becomes the wallpaper.

The line came with a grim kind of certainty: "Everytime I leave my computer unlocked around my younger brother, this happens..." The post didn't spell out a complicated prank, a hacked account, or a broken screen. The whole story lives in that one small, repeated act, the computer left open, Kronk getting to it, and the wallpaper changing again.

The poster shared the room with Kronk, which gives the whole thing a little more bite. In a shared space, there's no long delay, no locked door, no private setup untouched by curious hands. There is just the computer, the slip of leaving it unlocked, and Kronk waiting for the opening.

And Kronk apparently knows exactly what to do with it.

The poster didn't add any extra backstory about how this started or how many times it has happened. No explanation. No grand reveal. Just the recurring scene, presented like a household law: forget to lock the computer, and Kronk will become the wallpaper.

The image itself does the work. It's the sort of small sibling move that reads as equal parts annoying and oddly committed. The post leans on the certainty of it, the "WITHOUT fail", as if Kronk has turned a simple mistake into a guaranteed routine.

So the story is simple, and that's what makes it stick. A shared room. An unlocked computer. A younger brother named Kronk. And every single time, the same result: Kronk on the screen, taking over the wallpaper before anyone can stop him.
