A 15-year-old boy insisted he had gotten his girlfriend pregnant on purpose, and then his mother started spotting holes in every part of the story.
The poster, a 30-year-old mother of five, says her son Ollie has been with Bree since they were kids. Their families knew each other well, and when Bree's family moved three states away for cheaper housing and better jobs, the relationship did not end. It kept going. Then, over Christmas, Bree's family came back to the narrator's city, and the teens spent time together several times.
Not long after, Bree was pregnant.
The mother says she became convinced the pregnancy was deliberate, and she did not accept Ollie's version of events. He had access to condoms and sex ed, she said, and when the topic of the baby came up, he wanted her to move so he could be with Bree and the child. She refused. "You're 15. We don't have any proof it your child yet," she told him, saying they would wait for DNA before making any life plans.
That set off a family freeze. Communication between the mother and Bree's parents stopped. Ollie accused his mother of keeping him from "the love of his life" and the future baby. The mother says her husband, who was also a teen parent, was still supporting the home while the family waited for facts.
By May 30, the block list had grown. The mother says she and her husband were blocked on social media and by phone, though she and Ollie were still talking. She asked him to video chat Bree and bring Bree's parents into the call. Bree appeared, then hung up when she saw the narrator. Bree blocked Ollie right after. Ollie was heartbroken. The mother then saw Bree posting about deadbeat dads and a pregnancy announcement, and says people were left thinking Ollie had abandoned Bree and the baby.
Then the timeline started slipping.
On June 3, the mother says an acquaintance found Bree's Instagram pregnancy announcement and a scan dated 04/04 that "clearly says GA 19+3 weeks." That did not match the earlier story, she says. Bree's due date was listed as September 22. The mother also laid out the dates Bree had been around them: December 20 to January 7, with contact on December 21, 22, January 4, and 5. January 4, she said, was the only date that made any sense.
By June 15, the families were talking blood tests and ultrasounds. Bree's biological father got involved, Bree's mother agreed to a blood test if they paid, and Bree asked to visit for a "holiday" and an ultrasound to prove the dates. She said she was 26 weeks, and claimed the ultrasound dates came from her app, not her last period.
On June 25, Bree was supposed to fly out for six weeks. She never showed. Instead, she texted that a doctor did not recommend travel because of preterm labor risk and severe morning sickness, and said she might need hospitalization and possibly an early delivery. The mother says she did not believe it, contacted a lawyer and a therapist, and kept digging.
By July 13, she says the scan details had told enough of the story. A radiographer suggested checking the measurements. The only photo they had was a profile shot labeled 16 weeks, but there had been no 20-week scan four weeks later. A video from Bree, she said, showed multiple measurements, and the baby measured 19 weeks on the 20-week scan.
"I can confidently say we do not need it to know the truth," she wrote.
"There is no way that baby is Ollies baby."
